CRICKET – 2021–22 Ashes Series – 07.00am on 8th December 2021

The upcoming Ashes Series to be contested between cricket’s oldest rivals, Australia and England will be played over 5 Tests at five venues across Australia between 8th December 2021 and 19th January 2022.

The first Test starts at The Gabba in Brisbane on 8th December, followed by the second Day-Night Test between the two nations, scheduled to take place at Adelaide from the 16th December. The third Test will be held from Boxing Day at the MCG on 26th December, while the 4th & 5th tests will be held in Sydney (5th January) and the 60,000 seat Perth Stadium (14th January) respectively.

Australia are the current holders of the Ashes, having been the incumbent holders, after drawing the 2019 series 2-2. The upcoming Ashes is expected to be an extremely closely fought series with the bookmakers currently having the Aussies as slight favorites.
